The electronic document system as a key element of the company’s information security in the conditions of russian aggression

Abstract

In the conditions of Russian aggression, Ukrainian enterprises, institutions and organizations suffer from occupation actions, shelling, material and non-material losses, changes in working conditions and even a forced change of physical location. The change of location requires finding ways to preserve the activities of enterprises, as well as full or partial preservation of personnel, which, escaping from Russian aggression, was dispersed throughout the territory of Ukraine and in some foreign countries. Business procedures that have been established for many years in such conditions cease to work effectively, which requires revision and changes in the structural elements of information support of information systems available at enterprises. A key element of such changes at enterprises can be an electronic document management system.
